Policies

The Sparrow Gift Certificates redeemed after 6 months are subject to a 4% monthly surcharge due to special handling and possible price increases.

Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are, therefore, not redeemable if lost or stolen. They are for services and products only.

Spa Packages— must be cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required to reserve spa package appointments. Major credit cards accepted. Gratuity is not included.

Appointments—Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests who arrive late will have that time subtracted from their treatment, and will be charged in full. We respectfully request a 48-hour cancellation notice on bookings of 3 or more services.
